Q: Can you produce film with specific additive properties?
A: Yes, we can produce film with anti-static properties, ultra violet resistance, that is fire retardant and can withstand low temperatures. We will build the property to your specifications, not ours.

Q: Do you formulate your own vinyl?
A: We do formulate and blend our vinyl right at our plant. We prefer to keep this process in-house so we can control and monitor what goes into each property.

Q: Do you have capabilities to custom slit films to customer specifications?
A: Yes, we can custom slit films from 2 inches wide to 60 inches wide.

Q: Are you ISO Certified?
A: No, but we do compile with most ISO specifications.

Q: What is the capacity of your plant?
A: Our production capabilities are around the clock - 24/7.

Q: Do you have in-house testing capabilities? If so what are they?
A: Yes, we test all the typical physical properties of plastics. This ranges from percent elongation and tensile strength to break strength.

Q: What are your typical lead-time for producing and shipping orders?
A: Two to three weeks.

Q: Is your plant a union shop? If so when does the union contract expire?
Yes. Our contract expires in February 2006. We’ve been highly successful in our contract negotiations in the past so you can be assured that we’ll be able to complete your project on time.
