Our extrusion lamination process delivers high-integrity laminates without adhesives—ideal for applications where consistency, purity, and durability matter.

Extrusion Lamination is the process of joining a layer of film with fabrics or additional film to create a singular, uniform piece without the use of adhesives. This approach eliminates the variability and limitations often associated with adhesives. We can laminate up to four layers of film and/or fabric combinations, ideal for applications such as medical fluid bags, water tank liners, and secure identification cards.

The Benefits of Extrusion Lamination

  • Streamlined Production
Film extrusion and lamination happen at one site, reducing transportation costs and simplifying your supply chain with single-source accountability.
  • Pinhole-free Performance
Inline lamination produces smooth, defect-free films—perfect for air, fluid, and gas bladders. Adhesive lamination can stress cold films, increasing the risk of pinholes and distortion.
  • No Adhesives, No Uncertainty
Eliminating adhesives means no glue bulges, no uneven bonding, no “boardy” hand, and no risk of delamination. It also removes concerns about purity, odor, or unknown additives—helping ensure that your end users are satisfied.

Custom Solutions for your Application

We offer a wide range of laminate configurations:

  • Two-layer: Film:Film, Film:Fabric
  • Three-layer: Film:Fabric:Film, Fabric:Film:Fabric, Fabric:Film:Film
