Anti-Static Film (Pink Film)
Anti-static film is designed for packaging and transporting non-static-sensitive items such as plastic parts, hardware, manuals, and documents within Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protected areas. It may also be used for basic electronic items with low sensitivity to static.
The purpose of this film is to minimize the buildup of static electricity on the packaging itself, reducing the risk of charge generation that could affect nearby sensitive components.
Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI)
Wiman’s Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) packaging provides proven, cost-effective protection against corrosion for metal parts during storage, handling, and shipping.
How it Works:
- Metal and metal-containing parts are sealed in an airtight package made with Wiman VCI film.
- The film releases corrosion-inhibiting vapors into the enclosed space.
- These vapors condense on exposed metal surfaces – including hard-to-reach areas – forming a protective molecular layer.
- This layer prevents the chemical reactions that lead to corrosion.
- When ready for use, simply remove the item from the package – no cleaning or additional treatment required.

Custom shrink bags and folded sheeting is available for shrink tunnel applications as well as manual shrink applications using a heat gun.
